2024 Ad-Hoc Citizens Advisory Committee Board Representatives: Ms. Rita Martin Committee Members:
The Winslow Township Board of Education believes in
the active involvement and participation of the Winslow Township community in
advancing the philosophy, mission, and goals of the district. The Board of
Education’s Citizens Advisory Ad Hoc Committee is formed by the Board for the
purpose of seeking advice, recommendations, and providing widespread
involvement in issues affecting the district. As the district grows and
changes, the Citizens Advisory Committee enables the Board to increase
involvement in the school district and receive input from the community on key
issues that emphasize a collaborative and innovative learning partnership approach. The Citizens Advisory Committee (C.A.C.) will be
comprised of community members appointed by the Board to serve for a term of
one year, with an option to renew granted by the Board. The selection process,
advertisement, submission of applications, interviews, and appointments will
occur between October 1st and November 30th of each year.
Interested community members,18 years and older, who would like to serve on
this committee should complete an application which can be found on the
district’s website, at the district office, any district school, and the
Winslow Township Municipal Building. Committee vacancies that occur during the
