WTHS Students Accepted into the 2025 South Jersey Chorus

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Early Childhood Education Center at the Shirley B. Foster School
The Winslow Township School District and the Chesilhurst School District held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 for the new Early Childhood Education Center at the Shirley B. Foster Elementary School in Chesilhurst, NJ. Joining us for this ribbon cutting ceremony were school board members from Winslow Township and Chesilhurst, Mayor Jamila Odom (Chesilhurst), Mayor Marie Lawrence (Winslow), as well as numerous elected officials. The ceremony was also well attended by parents and students from both communities. |
WTHS Coach Shawnnika Brown - NJSIAA Coach of the Year (2024 Spring Season)
September 4, 2024 - Coach Shawnnika Brown has been selected as the NJSIAA Girls Track and Field Coach of the Year for the 2024 Spring Season. Coach Brown’s Girls Track Team was Group III Outdoor State Champions this year, who went undefeated. Coach Brown was also selected as the South Jersey Girls Track and Field Coach of the Year and she is the first female Winslow Township High School coach to be named NJSIAA Coach of the Year in any sport. Congratulations to Coach Shawnnika Brown, we are Winslow Proud of You! |

Shawnnika Brown Named South Jersey Track Coaches Association Girls Coach of the Year (2024)
June 24, 2024 – Coach Shawnnika Brown of Winslow Township High School was named South Jersey Track Coaches Association Girls Coach of the Year, as a result of her team’s outstanding season. Winslow Township High School Girls Track and Field Team was undefeated in major competition this season. The ladies won the Woodbury Relays Title, the Penn Relays 4x400 Philadelphia Area Championship, Olympic Conference Patriot Division Championship, Camden County Championship, Group III South Sectional Championship, and they won the Group III State Title. |

The Board of Education adopted revisions to Policy #5516 (Use of Electronic Devices). The revised policy shall take effect on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 and can be reviewed by selecting the attached link. |
