District and School Grade Report

Beginning with the September 2011-2012 school year, our school district has conscientiously implemented the requirements found in the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act by establishing and implementing various programs, approaches and initiatives to address Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying.

Since the implementation of the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, our school district has made progress in addressing and improving harassment, intimidation and bullying and the school climate and culture by creating school and district based initiatives; utilizing the Myk12 software system for reporting/tracking incidents; and providing on-going training to staff and students.

While completing the Self-Assessment for the 2022-2023 school year, we learned that our school district has demonstrated strengths in the following areas: providing on-going training for staff and students on HIB related information; implementing programs/approaches to address HIB prevention and intervention; and conducting/completing investigations within the 10 day time frame.

As a district, we are committed to addressing HIB related incidents as they are reported, in an effort to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
